1967 Gibson Dove
One of the most ornate production flattop guitars ever produced by Gibson, the Dove was introduced in 1962 as an upmarket alternative to the popular Hummingbird model, which debuted the previous year. With its elaborate hand-inlaid and engraved pickguard and bridge, and X-braced, square shouldered dreadnought body, the Dove has remained a favorite with collectors and players alike.
